By accessing and using DevDocu AI Copilot ("the Service") provided by DevStudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

DevDocu AI Copilot is an AI-powered document management platform that provides various tools including document analysis, OCR scanning, translation, voice transcription, and PDF editing. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Users may register for an account using valid credentials. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Device & Account Security Liability: You are entirely responsible for the physical and digital security of your device. ALI HOULAIHEL (DevStudio) is strictly NOT liable for any data breach, document leak, loss of tokens, or unauthorized access resulting from your device being hacked, compromised, or infected with malware/keyloggers.

4. Token System and Subscriptions

The Service operates on a token-based system:

• Free users receive limited access to basic features
• VIP subscribers receive enhanced token allocations and priority processing
• Tokens are consumed based on computational complexity of tasks
• Token balances are non-refundable and non-transferable
• DevStudio reserves the right to modify token costs at any time

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Create deepfakes, impersonate individuals, or generate defamatory material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALI HOULAIHEL (DevStudio) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to document forgery, unauthorized signatures, or copyright infringement using our tools.

The Service, including its original code, features, functionality, and UI/UX design, are and will remain the exclusive property of ALI HOULAIHEL. The DevDocu AI brand and logos are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

9. Payments and Refund Policy

All VIP subscriptions and token purchases are processed securely via our designated merchant of record. Because tokens grant immediate access to computational resources, all sales are final and non-refundable unless legally required by your local jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change our pricing or token conversion rates at any time.

10. Advertiser & Sponsorship Terms

For individuals or entities purchasing advertising space or sponsorships on DevDocu AI:

• Content Responsibility: Advertisers are solely responsible for all ad content, text, links, banners, and the services they promote. ALI HOULAIHEL (DevStudio) acts strictly as a display publisher and does not endorse, guarantee, or verify any advertised products or services.
• Prohibited Material: We strictly prohibit advertisements containing malware, scams, deceptive financial schemes, adult content, illegal services, or copyright infringements.
• Right of Refusal & Removal: We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any advertisement at our sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice or refund, if we determine it violates our policies, harms our users, or damages our brand reputation.
• Advertiser Indemnification: By placing an advertisement on our Service, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DevStudio from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from your advertisement or the linked destination.

11. Service Availability and Termination

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high reliability, ALI HOULAIHEL (DevStudio) does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We explicitly disclaim liability for:

• Service outages due to third-party API failures (e.g., Google Gemini downtime), server errors, or maintenance.
• Any loss of data, history, or tokens resulting from technical failures.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Senegal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located within this jurisdiction.
