• Local Execution: Features such as the Pro PDF Editor, Smart Scanner, AI Text Extractor (OCR), and Photos to PDF operate entirely within your browser's memory.
• Your Files: Your PDFs, images, signatures, and stamps are processed locally and are never uploaded to, or stored on, our servers. When you click "Export" or "Save to Vault," the file is generated instantly on your device and downloaded to your local storage.

3. Account Data & Cloud Syncing

To provide a seamless experience across your devices and manage premium access, we utilize Google Firebase services.

• We securely store your basic account information (e.g., email address) and subscription metrics (Token balance, VIP status).
• Your billing and payment information is handled securely by our third-party payment processors. We do not process or store raw credit card data on our servers.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party APIs

• Cloud AI: To power the "Ask AI Copilot" and audio transcription features, specific text prompts or audio clips are sent securely to Google's Gemini APIs via encrypted channels. This data is processed in real-time and is not retained by me, nor is it used to train public AI models.
• Native Browser APIs: The Live Translation and PDF Audio Reader utilize your browser's native Web Speech and translation APIs, meaning the processing is handled by your operating system and browser provider.
• AI Accuracy: Artificial Intelligence may occasionally output inaccuracies or "hallucinations." Users are strictly responsible for verifying final results before utilizing them in official capacities.

5. Required Browser Permissions

To function correctly, the web app may request the following browser permissions:

• Microphone: Required exclusively when you actively use the Live Dictation or AI Voice Studio features.
• Storage/Downloads: Required to save your generated PDF files directly to your device.

6. Monetization, Ads, and Cookies

To support the continued development of this free tool, we utilize advertising networks (such as Google AdSense/AdMob). These services use Cookies and web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information (such as browser type and interaction metrics) to serve relevant advertisements. By using the free version of this site, you consent to the use of these cookies. Upgrading to a VIP subscription removes these advertisements.

8. Data Deletion

Since your documents are never uploaded to our servers, simply closing the browser or clearing your browser's cache/local storage will permanently destroy any ongoing edits. If you wish to delete your synced account data (Email, VIP status), please contact support.
